For cockpit I’m not sure… I may try to arrange our F/A-18C cockpit to have something a bit realistic…
Cheers,
Radium
Any improvement to F18 - C would be greatly appreciated.

will you do the pit also ?
(someone broke it in 4.34 , eg. dials work only if pit-lightning is used … probably texturing problem … but it worked in 4.33 )̶O̶K̶,̶ ̶I̶ ̶w̶e̶n̶t̶ ̶b̶a̶c̶k̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶c̶h̶e̶c̶k̶ ̶i̶t̶ ̶m̶o̶r̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶r̶o̶u̶g̶h̶.̶.̶ ̶A̶n̶d̶ ̶Y̶E̶S̶ ̶i̶t̶ ̶w̶a̶s̶ ̶i̶n̶d̶e̶e̶d̶ ̶’̶t̶e̶x̶’̶ ̶p̶r̶o̶t̶b̶l̶e̶m̶ ̶,̶ ̶2̶7̶1̶3̶.̶d̶d̶s̶ ̶,̶ ̶s̶o̶m̶e̶o̶n̶e̶ ̶p̶l̶a̶y̶e̶d̶ ̶b̶a̶d̶ ̶i̶n̶ ̶a̶l̶p̶h̶a̶ ̶c̶h̶a̶n̶n̶e̶l̶ ̶p̶r̶o̶b̶a̶b̶l̶y̶ ̶f̶o̶r̶g̶e̶t̶t̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶t̶r̶a̶n̶s̶p̶a̶r̶e̶n̶c̶y̶.̶.̶ ̶I̶ ̶h̶a̶d̶ ̶s̶o̶m̶e̶ ̶o̶l̶d̶ ̶o̶n̶e̶ ̶f̶r̶o̶m̶ ̶4̶.̶3̶3̶ ̶.̶.̶ ̶t̶h̶a̶t̶ ̶f̶i̶x̶e̶d̶ ̶’̶n̶i̶g̶h̶t̶ ̶p̶i̶t̶ ̶o̶n̶l̶y̶’̶ ̶d̶i̶a̶l̶s̶ ̶.̶.̶ ̶S̶o̶ ̶I̶’̶m̶ ̶b̶a̶c̶k̶ ̶i̶n̶ ̶b̶i̶z̶ ̶.̶.̶ ̶w̶o̶h̶o̶o̶

(I’ll try export old 4.33 F18C/E cockpit lod … that oughta do it)Yuuhuu… I knew it. … Left 4.33 , Right 4.34 … switch0 in lod
Here, you can ‘pork’ your database with this F18CDEFG pit lod from 4.33 , (I mean FIX) … I don’t THINK they’ve changed alot… IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT ARE YOU DOING THEN JUST DONT
(there is backup 4.34 pit in archive, if something goes south)http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=09425635815397086706

NGL, i did believed that was realistic before i knew BMS
Now that i know BMS lemme point some obvious stuff:
The RWR should show the sam site way before they had a lock on them
Since when fuel store are GBU’s?
I could swear i heard a damn boeing civie Pull up warning (idk if its the same for the mil aircraft)
The should a used more flares imo
the RWR doesn’t sound quite right
Why the first sam that just flown by the wing didn’t explode like the latter?
and finally how the hell did those sam turned back like that?Gee, i guess Hollywood prefer showing BS rather than the real stuff but, realism doesn’t sell i guess

I wonder if you considered Super Hornet Block 3 model in the future

You can’t beat DCS ‘levels’ … they don’t have working AG radar

You can’t beat DCS ‘levels’ … they don’t have working AG radar
A/G radar is anyway so overrated…
In my experience flying RL fighter aircraft, we almost never used it, except for automatic ground following phases.

SAR is the most common use when in AG radar mode for primary sensor, otherwise a TGP will be the alternative.

SAR is the most common use when in AG radar mode for primary sensor, otherwise a TGP will be the alternative.
It depends on your aircraft and your tactics. Air ground radar is extremely noisy, if you switch it on, the rest of the world will now it.
In my country, we almost don’t use radar except for ground following tactics, INS updates and in some ways to perform radar piercing navigation/approaches and attacks.
But most of the time, A/G radar is off. TGP is then most used especially in desert and good weather areas, because it is fully passive and can’t easily be jammed : your WSO will always take car of analyzing the situation.
If you have to perform war actions in colder and wetter areas were high intensity conflicts would occur, you would necessary have perform low altitude operations only, with automatic ground following tactics. Because you would fly very low, A/G radar would be most irrelevant.
You wouldn’t then be able to perform your attacks based on your radar, but more with an INS/GNSS guidance, at least, in my country.
Cheers,
Radium
