why ?
a real pilot would relase as many Jdams as possible in one pass on pre planned targets, in order to stay a minimum of time on target area
THAT is all the purpose of Jdams
that way you get to destroy more than one spot on the airfield (more than one runway too)

The issue here is not how many bombs the AI releases but actually how many targets you can assign to AI.

one day the AI will become clever and will not need a human to bomb correctly targets

Since humans make the AI. Why don’t they act like humans?

Congratulation, you just solved years of research in artifical intelligence

…who says they don’t? I’ve seen humans do some pretty dumb things.

Yes, me too but they aren’t making the AI.
I’m not that serious about this topic but I will say the AI in BMS are much better than DCS.

…I wouldn’t always be so sure of that, I know a few folk that code AI…generally speaking.

It seems you’ve found the problem. It should be against the law for a dummy to make AI.

…not if you want it as RL as RL can get!

Correction to this:
@Eagle-Eye:Same thing with the steerpoint lines. In BMS, currently, we have 4 lines of 6 steerpoints each between 31 - 55.
In the real DTC, they can use 31 - 55 for as many lines as they want. They can make it a single line of 24 points, 12 lines of 2 points, or any combination in between. They can also give a line segment any colour they like. These are always dashed lines.I was wrong about the amount of lines. The max is 4 lines, as it is now in BMS as well, but each line can have as many points as desired / needed, as long as the total of the 4 lines does not exceed the 24 available points between 31 - 55.
To put that in an example, all of the examples below are valid:- 1 line of 24 points
- 2 of 12
- 3 of 8
- 4 of 6
- 1 of 12 + 2 of 6
- 2 of 10 + 2 of 2
- …
In addition to those steerpoint lines, MPL also have 100 points they can freely allocate as they wish, again per 2, 5, 10, …, 100 points per line, in whichever colour they like, and can be dashed or solid. That’s how you get stuff like this, or a more complex picture of different FAOR, MRR, …
Additional info: These 100 points are not part of, but still “connected” to Line 4. When the pilot declutters Line 4, he will also hide those 100 points.

What’s scary is you knew where to find that video.

Nah, I just went to YT and searched for team america intell(… and it auto-completed) where this video at top. Would have preferred the clip of “bad intelligence, very bad intelligence”, but ya get what ya get from auto-complete.
-
…I guess the only thing worse would/could be “very bad artificial intelligence”.

@Bad:
In 3D
Alt C then q (or a) and you have a quick saved file
I was looking to see if there is a way to save while airborne in 3D and then reenter at the exact same spot in the same game state. Would be very useful for training missions
Is that what this is for ?

Yes
