Thanks a lot for this hint.
However I am afraid, dear Oak, that not always those kneeboards are corresponding to the theaters are installed in… more times I found out they were atill the Stock KTO ones, I mean.
And this told just not to criticize anyone opf the theaters’ devs., le me be clear on that.
With best regards.

To be more precise. If a theater has it’s own KoreObj Folder the dds from that folder will be used for the kneeboards. As long as you don’t save from WDP those dds files are whatever the theater dev put in.
Next if a doesn’t have it’s own KoreaObj folder than it depends what the theater has setupo as it’s 3d object folder in the theater tdf file, that might be a parent theater or as last fallback KTO -
New version released.
Grab it from the WDP download site
Latest versions is 3.7.18 build 180 (02 Oct 2021.)Enjoy,

Wow this is so remarkable. Did you know, nothing new or extra has been include. (Except the ME 128 theater)
All maps and theaters have always been included in the package. Only the location where they are stored has changedGr Falcas

@Falcas, thanks for including Mideast128 Theater. Please let me know if there are any issues with it working in WDP.

@falcas Haha! I did, and it does. I really like the new folder structure. That will make it much easier to keep the ME128. Theater up-to-date.

Regards,
Tomcattwo -
@Falcas any assistance would be appreciated…running latest version. I am getting an Unhandled exception when trying to Update Kneeboard. I have already tried:
- Deleting my callsign.ini
- Reverting /Data/ back to default
- Completely reinstalling WDP
Any help would be appreciated…thanks!

Edit: Reverting to previous WDP version solves this for me

@tomcattwo Is is too early to ask for inclusion of Niko’s latest update of Aegean to WDP? Pretty please…
-
@Quasi_Stellar ,
Sorry but I have no knowledge of Aegean theater. I work with SpbGoro only on Mideast128. It is up to Aegean theater developers to provide the WDP updates for their theater.

@tomcattwo Understand, thank you for the reply. Q

Is there someone who has checked the Metar written in WDP?
I don’t understand how we can get RED with military code and CAVOK for civil when I switch between the different modes…
According to me, there is something wrong … -

@falcas it works fine now! thank a lot!!

Seems like there are a couple issues with the latest version:
- Memory leak of some sort. Seems like junk accumulates over time. If you leave the app running and have performed 5 or 6 campaign missions using it…loading the .cam file starts to go extremely slow. You can see each field being populated over the course of 4 or 5 seconds on the DataCard screen, for instance.
- Loading DTC precision steerpoints exposes some variation of an ‘off by one’ error, where if you have saved STPT 99, 98, 97 in BMS UI… it does not load STPT 99 in WDP. Recreate this by saving campaign steerpoints 99-90 , load them using WDP and then go to WDP DTC–>“Open 2” and see 99 is missing. Save/Load it again for more fun: 98 will be missing.
edit: For 2 above, “missing” is probably the wrong word: It actually turns STPT 99 into STPT 98, offsetting the list by -1
edit again:
- The DTC section gives you the option to set the default ALT switch setting. The options in WDP are RADAR/ BARO/OFF. This is incorrect, and should be RADAR/BARO/AUTO. As it stands now, OFF=AUTO if you select it, but would be good to correct the value.

Hi Falcas,
I can export datacards only in .dbc format. Is it possible to export the datacard in .jpg / .png / .pdf and how to do this ??
Many thx Vordy (31st VFS) -
@vordy maybe just hit save and see which magic happens
