@qawa Awesome, Qawa.
I love the glass floor in those jets.
It has great look down/shoot down potential…!!
I knew you would appreciate my artistic touch I love the sea !
-
@Aragorn Actually there were such cases throughout history.
Those glass floors were specially designed for young pilots, preferably female in skirts.
I couldn’t possibly tell why … but hey , who am I to say no.

@white_fang it was always a nasty shock when the odd Scotsman took one out for a spin!
Nice work!

@qawa Hey, Master Qawa
… will be there rus/chn ver , or one-for-all ?I presume (haven’t compared pits) there are some differences, most of it could be paint job, … but also instruments// hmmm??

I presume (haven’t compared pits) there are some differences, most of it could be paint job, … but also instruments// hmmm??the photographic resources on the web (and the books I’ve purchased) give me some difference between panels config & switches positions (you’re right), but we preferred to adapt the cockpit to the version with the most complete material and details in our hands from which to take inspiration … so I think the cockpit will be one for all. (note that the configuration of the two MFDs will not be that of the screenshots I posted (obviously), they will be completely revised to ensure a digitization of many instruments as per our references )

a step ahead - new lamps & mattress from Radium placed

Gentlemen

Colors are nothing final, just for you to have an idea about the final aspect.
Stay tuned !

@qawa quick suggestion, do you think you could add a couple more polygons for the arch on front canopy?
I am sure 4.37 will be a killer for that plane

Yes, I’ve in mind to add chamfer to the arc… then start to build the canopy model…and… Hoping to pass the Radium examination !!!

Absolutelly +1, this note applies to any of the pits with canopy bow.
Unless 4.37 gonna bring tesselation for 3D models, so gfx engine gonna smooth this one out on its own.
I guess that’d be valid target for such tech, unless it’s faster to process high definition model rather than enchancing simple models tris count on the fly. -
@MaxWaldorf So… finally bringing pits to a Dcs standard.
-
@white_fang DC what?
