@Mower Hi, Mower. What this is is a group of theaters, this would be in KTO obviously, that contains the additional plays, and other things that the OFM has produced.

Is AIM-120D simply METEOR missile with AIM-120 shape? Is the flight model realistic?

hello again, i played the OFMKTO Rolling fire campaign but it crasheed every time i played it…
i guess new aircraft carrier model or f35C is causing it to crash but it’s just a guess… when i put the throttle on full in f35c it will indicate 1.01 or even 1.02! and when i tried to throttle down bms crashed… -

Farazparsa, it’s been very stable in testing, but post the crashlog here and we’ll certainly take a look at it.
Silent, the best answer to your “it’s a Meteor post” is -not really. The 120D flight model (misdata) file did start as the Meteor. You could call that it’s template. However, it was then heavily modified with the best real world 120D performance data we could get. To you, and All…“Let me make a comment about the AIM-120D that is included, as we actually gave it some thought. Although anything can be improved, we feel it’s flight model is realistic. But, we wondered if some might see it as a “cheater missile” (although we honestly feel it is NOT). So, we didn’t go crazy with putting it on all jets that could realistically carry it . We left that to the User. It’s easy to add via the Editor. Just add it to your jets Squadron Stores then hardpoint(s) for your jet.”
This was from the Mafia Journal thread, and we still stand by it. I would estimate it’s “reality” at about 90%. However, now that OFM 1.6 is out, more people can test. We’re not done with this project, yet. -

no mate as much as you can improve and update database to the modern airops and loadouts is perfect to me.
i would love to play with Aim120D and meteor.
honestly I don’t like Aim120B and Aim120C at all because i think those missiles are kinda Outdated missiles.

Good Day, All. If you check post #1 you’ll see a link for today’s OFMKTO 1.6 Hotfix2, replacing the older Hotfix.
We did things a little different this time, exploring the use of Mega Links. So, let us know how you like them -

i installed the new hotfix2 for OFM KTO and it still crashes playing about 20 minutes in every campaign.
where can i get the crash logs? -

AIM120D lock on shows GO STT ON HUD! like it’s a fox1 missile… -
@farazparsa Hi. Yes , we’ve seen that in testing, too. We solved the 120D “guidance” problem, but the solution brought this with it! We’re looking at it… The good news is that even though the HUD looks like you’re shooting a Sparrow, the missile does act as a Slammer

there is only one issue to fix and that is crashing in campaigns after about 30 minutes of gameplay as navy squadron on carrier.
i noticed something new about this issue and that is even if you don’t go for Takeoff and watch the campaign going on the map if you set time to 64X forward after about 20 minutes of campaign going on bms will crash. -
