Mower,
For the life of me I could not understand how you came to that conclusion that I was a woman. Then I realized I have a female voice on the logbook. I did that a long time ago thinking it would decrease the chances of having a female voice for the AI wingman. I just never changed it. So yeah dude, I am a guy! lol
@Mower:Hey Jody great accomplishment.
Anyone else you ask?
Maybe myself, been flying this sim since release in 1998.
BTW, funny thing, I always thought you were a guy…?

Sorry I should really reply with a quote… That was not meant for you. But thanks… I enjoy the HAF, not sure why… But I just do!
If this goes to my reply post, i mean that i see in your logbook that you are flying with the 347 squadron that is a greek one.

It is very clear at your squadron patch of your logbook ;).

Yeah I remember some cockpit shots of your girlfriend/wife in the seat, then yesterday I thought maybe that was YOU…LOL.

Just for info I have 21.4 flight hours…
-
Did 200 in the last 11months. Dont know my overall Time in the Viper - To much LB resets…
-
-
I have 300 in the last 6 months as I start new whenever I am killed. Since I have been playing since F4.0 came out I assume I got thousands of hours

Thanks to this thread I just discovered the FalconLog site. That is a pretty cool way to keep this community together and sort of in competition.

Oh I got you know… I haven’t flown in almost 2 years till recently… So this month I am looking at 12 so far.

Get on over here, sir:

I’ve got over 800 hours on my current logbook, but i accidentally erased my old one back in 2009 (while trying to get Free Falcon to properly run on my old rig), so i figure i’m up around 1500-2000.
-
Hey guys,
Funny how life goes… I must have did the 1st thousand within 2 years and it took me another 14 years to do other… lol… Anyway, this is my original logbook from Dec 1998 and I finally reached 2000. I guess if you count all the hours I did as a beta tester for Microprose prior to the release and all the CTDs I experienced I am probably at 3000… Anyway, I stick with what the logbook reads.
Anyone else over 2000? How about 3 or 4000? Please post logbook photos…
Jody
1 frat in 2000hours ? Impossible …

Here mine (bear in mind, that Falcon AF is included here - cummulative records with BMS).
Also, EVERY “debrief.txt” from all offline or online campaigns ever flown since commission date are saved till today.
Same applies for ALL acmi tapes for the online BFM/ACM/BVR matches since then - all saved in a GB-sized archive (with name and date).
I joined AF earlier than June 2009 and payed my price of course (learning at first and getting “trashed”), but then at one point or since June 2009 i decided to take every flight i ever make as serious as my “life” - so to speak. Goals… only for self-reflections and self-benchmarking… as noone will ever clap your shoulders or su## your co## infact for achieving “virtual” goals in a game-world.Experimental offline test-flights, where dying is intentional (testing AI etc etc) i make under a different callsign of course (seperating “bussiness” from “goofing around”).
I need to work on my rating though… aim is 4,5 + …,but lately i failed too many missions online - by briefing defintions
@ Marvin157th:
Congrats on the 2000 hours mark. It says, that your average mission time is 2.56 hours. Quiete long flyings hah?
Nor does your deathes under “Kill Ratio” match with the online deathes ;). Yeah i know, the logbook fails often recording the online campaign kills properly and requires manual corrections, but how you died 55 times online…but only 25 times in total ?? -
Dividing the flight hours with the number of missions will not yield you the average for you are dividing the Total flight hours with the number of campaign sorties.
TE and Dogfight flight hours are also added to the total flight hours .
(Training TE flight hours are not added.) -
Just in BMS, must…. get…out…more…
-
OK cant resist……found one old one but I lost my AF.lbk and FF.lbk
And
-
Ok, lets get this out of the way. Here is my Logbook editor logbook.
Here is my real one after I get killed. I start over if I get shot down. One death and its retired. More realistic for my liking. In real life 10 career kills would make a world famous fighter ace.
Just in BMS, must…. get…out…more…
WOW! Nice Wowzer.

Not at all… Its called careful flying and proper ID… That being said, having a string of bad luck lately… At 5 now.

Congrats on the 2K hours mark bud. That’s quite a bit of flying.
