Weapon Delivery Planner released

I’m a little confused about the latest release of WDP.
On Falcas’s News page, it says version 3.7.22 Build 743 has been released. But on the Downloads page, the most recent version is 3.7.21 Build 225.
Does anyone know if 3.7.22 has been removed? Maybe Falcas had some more changes to make?
At any rate, many thanks to Falcas for updating WDP!

@Falcas (or anyone), WDP 3.7.22.227 loaded, Korea theater, saved a .cam file, File/Open Mission/“C:\Falcon BMS 4.37\Data\Campaign/Save-Day 1 01 05 28.cam”, I get a pop up window “No Database Loaded”, am I missing something? Does WDP need to be in the Campaign (or another) folder now? Always ran it from my download folder. Mission Commander 0.5.25.743 loads the mission no issue…
Edit : SOLVED, shortcut was the issue… duh

Check which Theater is selected, by default i think Aegean is selected.
cheers

MagicIt was, the issue was in the shortcut apparently, when I went in and ran the exe direct it worked normally, sent a new shortcut adn that works perfectly… All set!

@Falcas I regret to report that the strange case of the vanishing pilot model has come up again after pushing new kneeboards with WDP. It worked for one flight, then vanished again after using WDP on a second flight. As reported elsewhere, hitting the “Toggle Pilot Body” command has no effect.
It’s odd because the DDS files look okay and are readable by a viewer.

In 2D or VR? Getting rid of Mr. stubby legs in VR is not a bad thing…

Using build 227, trying to input different A2A TACANS 1X, 2X, 3X for the three flights in the package. Change them save the file and it comes back with the plugged default values.

IF you mean that
then it works for me.cheers

@Magic49th Our sqdrn standards are 1X, 64X, 64Y, 1Y for the first four ship, flight two is 2X and three is 3X. If you have a sec could you check that? Not above a brainfart on my level, but I’d tried it multiple times… thanks.
-
Please clarify (show) what you want to do and what doesn’t work.
I’ll try a repro then.cheers

l@Falcas, this discussion occurred on the Falcon Lounge Discord.

Guess the package frequency is 302.850 as Warhawk 2 is the package lead flight?
Don’t really see any issue
-
@Falcas Installed the latest WDP, works well in BMS 4.37. thanks for a brilliant application.
-
@Magic49th Figured it out somewhat, the datacards were changed to 1X-64X, etc. and saved. I must have been re-opening the unchanged file to recheck everything. Not sure I’d seen this in the past but no issue exists with being able to change and save as before.
Thanks -
@Falcas Then what is the purpose of putting this in WDP
instead of 302.850? -
@jc1
Why put 308.850 there as its already shown at the packages. Each and every flight callsign has a frequency assigned to it.
Sentry 4 frequency is 357.775
(or whatever the theater builder set it to)This way you have both frequencies.
-
@Falcas Your typo “Why put 308.850” (s/b 302.850) had me looking for something that wasn’t there. After getting past the typo, I get it. I’ve always used preset 6 to contact AWACS. When I tried the frequency I saw in WDP at the Support block of the DataCard, I thought that was the same as the tactical frequency. Now I realize that WDP shows the AWACS tactical frequency in the Callsign Pack block of the DataCard, and that frequency is used by all members of the package as well as the AWACS assigned to the package. The frequency I see in the Support block of the DataCard is for the not yet implemented Check In. Thanks to you, @LorikEolmin and @MnMailman for clarifying my brain on this.

@Falcas - I am getting something odd when setting up a HADB profile. when looking at the map in WDP under the profile it doesn’t matching up with the map in BMS also the STPT locations and PPTs don’t match the mission either. Here is what WDP shows vs. what BMS is showing. Thoughts?
