Maybe can you try to contact Thrusmaster custommer service.
Last year, june, I was able to order replacement gimbal parts from the french one. ([email protected])
But according to their website, they only send to France. I live in Belgium and there was no problem.
Parts numbers: 6000712 and 6000713, 6 euro each plus postage.
Open the Window Task manager, select Service tab.
Search “TmWinService”, right clik and activate it manually.

Ok,problem solved by unstalling drivers and replacing with a latest one downloaded from Realtek website.
Yes, if the speakers are selected and nothing. Only way to have sound in game is to select the HDMI speakers.
In device manager I have Realtek speakers installed asaudio output.
I think the realtek speakers are leftover from the PC assembly. Maybe I need to unsinstall them and plus mine after.
Will check with the vendor and try that later.

I received a new PC but I can’t configure properly the sound setting. I have no sounds in UI and 3d world when using my speakers.
To have sounds, but of poor quality, I need to use the speakers included in the monitor withNvidia drivers.
Maybe the speakers are not detected by WIN 10 but I have found no drivers for them.
My hardware:
Ryzen 6 3600
Mother board X470 gaming pro with realtek high definition audio, drivers uptodate 6.0.87651
Logitech X 230 speakers (no drivers found)
Win 10 family ver. 1903 18362.295
It 's probably not a BMS related problem but I’m new to Win 10 and any clue would be welcome.

Does someone knows the reference numbers of the 2 moving U shape parts in the cougar gimbal ?
Both my X and Y one are broken but it seems still possible to order replacement from Thrusmaster. Others switches and buttons also available but no more microstick.

Not really a BMS related problem but I do not know where to ask. CH hangar seems to be closed.
I have unpluged my CH hotas a few day to try an Hotas Cougar. Now, I can’t recalibrate properly the microstick in CH manager. His range is limited from +/- 60 - 190 in both axes in max positions. I have tried to reinstall everything and to recalibrate a few time without success. Everything was working ok before.
Any clues on what went wrong ?
Where can I find the calibration data files ? Maybe I can try to change the datas manually ?

I use a sound mod called “JoNays Breathing sound mod”, the level is lower than the default one. I found it on Falcon online. Seems to work well with 4.34.

I’m a little bit confused about POS change option for IFF mode.
In Dash -1 page 72:
“It is important to understand that toggling modes will depend on the current state of the mode in the
STAT page. You determine a position where modes will be toggled. Once the aircraft reaches this
position, the mode will be toggled. So if mode1, 2 and 3 are currently on and mode 4 is off as reported
by the STAT page, and you set mode1, 2, 3 and 4 to toggle in the POS subpage, then upon reaching
that position, the system will turn off mode 1, 2 & 3 and turn on mode4.”
I start a test: before a position with every modes on and none highlighted in POS page so normaly nothing should change after the position. But in fact, after the position, every modes switch off.
To me, it seems more like that the modes highlighted in POS page are the ones that will be active after the events, no matter their current status in STAT page.
Do i miss something ?

Ok, I understand now. The “error” in baro alti comes from non standard temperature.
Eagle-Eye, you’ re right, the temperature given in brief at T/O is 27°C.

Around Kunsan, above the sea, radar alt and baro alt give me different values. I have enter the right QNH and the ALT switch on the right console is set to BARO.
Normaly, It should the same.
So where do I make a mistake ?

I have tried all the USB port on my computer. None seems to detect the camera, no “Beeps” sound when I plug in.
Yes, there are two entries in program manager, one for the drivers (Size 48k; version 2.70.0000) and one for Track IR ( 25 Mb, 5.4.2.0000).
The USB controller is RENESAS ELECTRONICS ver 2.0.32.0.
I have also tried on my laptop.
At least, Windows 8.1 64 bits detects when I plug the camera but gives me an error message, “device not functionning properly and not reconized by Windows”
In device manager: error “code 43, echec d’une demande de descripteur du périphérique USB” (Sorry, it’s in french, can’t translate it properly)
I tried to update the drivers manually with the one in NP folder but it do not worked either. Windows tell me that the drivers is uptodate but still the same error.
I’m lost.
The vendor tells me to return the parcel to him. He will test it.
Hi,
Before sending the parcel back to the vendor, I try to ask here. I can’t install Track IR5 device on my comptuter. The software detects no device, no led on the camera, no device detected in Windows Device manager and not even a “Beep” when I plug the camera in any of my tower USB port, front or back ones.
If I lauch BMS, no right green light.
I have uninstall the software and the drivers, clean registry base, erase NP folders and reinstall everything but in vain.
Does anyone has an idea ?
My rig: Win7 64 bits, USB 3.0, Track IR soft 5.4.2.27545
Ok, I found the problem.
With all due respect for Buraktunahan work, his texture 8036 has GE RPM gauge. I change it back to my backup original one. (Always backup everythings !!!)
