Test low-poly toys in BMS4..

Indeed, vis the ITO Mirages: quite nice in those skins, though they all could use a little improvement around the nozzle area, IMHO (I’m just an ass-man, I guess).
Agreed. One of my unrealized goals for ITO2 was to obtain a high poly model set for the Mirages. If we could have obtained just one, like the Mirage IIICZ, I think we could have come up with some really kicking stuff. For me, having a few high-poly center piece models for each campaign is the way to build - then use the low poly stuff for nearly everything else. This cuts the development time by quite a bit and what we did for ITO2, even though it still took 6 years. However, it might never have come out if I had insisted on waiting for all high-poly models to replace ccc’s stuff. Instead, we could roll thru thing rather quickly, have a lot of enjoyment and leave the door open for later improvement.

Btw, how do you replace the shadow?

dust off a 10-year-old toy, put in BMS for fun.

Last one it reminds me of a motion picture but i cant remember its name! The whole uss enterprise (i think) was gone through a time /space worm hole or something…. hahahahaha

Worst theme-song ever, even worse than “Danger Zone”.

Thanks for these models. So much potential. I’ve been collecting data about the Korean War for ages with a view to making some kind of Korea 1950s campaign. Aircraft types, squadrons, airfields (they moved around a lot, which complicates things) etc.
All that was missing was the aircraft themselves. Not anymore!
And before someone comes along and says, “What’s the point?”… oh c’mon. There are many ways of playing with your toys
North Korea has some old aircraft in its air force, stuff like the Il-18 and MiG-15. Putting those into the base BMS database would do no harm at all, along with some other low poly gems. Anyone up for doing some Yak-18/CJ-5 and CJ-6 trainers? As far as I can tell, they’re about the only thing still missing from the Korea theatre. It would also be nice to have an F-5F.

C3, can you confirm that the Pak-FA model does not, in fact have any slots in the last d/l? Can’t tell if I’m doing something wrong in the conversion… If not, needs slots!
Freakin’ Super-cool model, regardless.

No slots.
When I built the model years ago, no loadout info available.
Another reason is falcon code cannot determine stealthy or non-stealthy mission/loadouts, so better keep it clean. -
test pic show collection of 10+yr old toys, with new skin, detailing tweak, animations and driven by BMS carrier op code…
I know best WW2 sim is powered by IL-2 code engine…but it’s cool to have fun in falcon world heheh.
BTW the objective CT index 3851 for Kuz not working.

Cannot resist to torp Akagi… alright, just a fake torpedo with harpoon.dat… but the skimming trail looks cool - a direct hit!!
the fake torpedo fired with LOS mode, released at 2km? to tgt.
