YAME64 suite

A long shot, but for at least 1 person I know of it worked: Can you hit the “remove hook files” button in the “globals” tab? Even though no visible 3d hook dll files present before, after clicking that button it suddenly did recognise the rttextracture setting.
Just tried it, sadly the “remove hook files” is ghosted on my “global” tab. Checked the logs, didn’t see any obvious errors, I’ll paste the yame config shortly.
Cheers, Uwe

Hello everyone!
I think since the update “KB4522741 .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 1903” for Windows 10 I cannot open Yame anymore. I’ve installed the update on 3.12.19. Before everything was good. No changes we’re made from my side.
The issue:
Clicking on Yame, no window opens. Application doesn’t start.
My tries to fix it:
1. Run as admin: no success
2. Install the Windows fix update: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4530743/kb4530743-update-for-net-framework–-no success
3. Bitdefender Anti-virus software is checked. No block from the software.Falcon Config File

What’s holding you back? At least 4 in our sqn are running Yame and 4.34 just fine.

I think you’re referring to 4.34 with the 4.33 ‘workaround’, yes?

Correct

Unfortunately. only in this option works with all functions.

Hi,
I have the following problem. In the Client Tab I can open and edit the “yame” window on my primary Display without problems. If I move the window to anothzer display, save the position and want to “edit gauges” again, Yame freezes and I have to quit.
I use multiple Displays on internal Intel GPU and an Nvidia external RTX 2800. I have tried to run the program as administrator and all compatibility modes…In monitor setup I have tried different monitor positions.
Any advice?

Dear Santa, all I want for Christmas is YAME v2.
Santa brought me coal  so I broke down and purchased a new hard drive, with enough room for copies of both 4.33 and 4.34. I’ve reinstalled Windows 7 (64 bit) and now at this point, I’m just trying to get YAME v1.2.1 up and running with 4.33 before installing 4.34. When I try to open YAME64 I’m receiving a message that say “Unable to create a default configuration file”. I’m sure it’s something I’ve missed but I’m stuck at the moment. I did first install the Visual C++ Redistributable, although what Microsoft offers now is a version called 2015-2018, but I doubt that’s the issue.

Try installing it somewhere else then the program files folder; or select the yame folder, right click for properties and see if the main folder and all subfolders are not ‘protected’. Also try running the exe as administrator.
