:woohoo::woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:

Thanks Oliver for the tons of work!
-
Excellent! Thanks!
-
proof reading now:
page 14 probeheat “indicates a failure indicates a failure” -
page 16: engine will not starve with fuel flow off = syphoning.
AND additional: set to AFT syphoning prohibited from FWD and vice versa.
what i mean is: it is unclear if the opposite fuel side is completely cut off in AFT/FWD after reading page 16.

WOW! Redog, you are the man!

WOW RD, this promises to be a great great eastern reading.
Only about the 1st chap. but it’s already looking good, looking reeeeeeal good…. thanks RD. -
p. 16: “Note that the YAW trim knob does not move in BMS when
rudder trim is implemented and as a consequence you have no reference for the YAW TRIM position.”??? Yaw Trim Knob does move and therefor indicate yaw trim position in cockpit.
btw. I like the style of the manual - straightforward.

Red Dog, The altimeter described in 1.2.3.10 page 40 is a perfect example of one of the bugs in BMS. Luckily, most people don’t use the “steam powered” altimeter and rely on the HUD instead. In BMS, this altimeter reads 3970’ because in BMS the thousands digit clicks to a 3 when you are 1’ below 4000’ when descending and in this picture you are decending. If you were climbing to 3000’, the thousands digit would still be a 2 with the hundreds digit a 9. Here climb 30’ and the alitmeter will read 4000’.
The outer scale is in 20’ increments with the cardinal numbers representing 100’s of feet (2=200’) with total around the dial as 1000’ (not 100’).

@Red:
For those of you willing to spend the Easter week end reading … the dash one v1 for 4.32 update one has been released.
Where you would ask ? Well for now, follow the link in the first post.
proper announcement will be made later today.Many thanks again to the proofreaders who made a hell of a job
Thanks for your (continuing) labour on this.
Are the existing proof readers still working on the typos ? Or is there a reporting format and link to send them to ?

Thank you Red Dog!

Any plans to tweak the checklists? I noticed the startup checklist says to set COM1 and 2 freqs ten whole steps before actually setting COM1 and 2 volume……which is impossible to do because comms are “off” when the volume is off and entering said freqs does not work until after COM1 and 2 volume has been set.
