Happy new year folks!
I’ve been remaking the whole center console for about 2 days now and I’m pleased to tell you that I’ve cleaned up the models and the overall tri count went from 309k to 253k and that’s only on the front console!, I’ve expect to have all the existing models cleaned up of unnecessary faces and parts that won’t be visible under any circumstances soon so i can jump onto the right console, wing models, and if possible, fully working arms that will move with the throttle and slightly with stick (it’ll be a feature you can toggle on or off in conjunction with the existing pilot model in BMS)
Anyhow, here’s a quick preview of how looks atm!
notice the missing stick, with those extra 50k tris, I’m planning to remake it and add much more details to it! -
Nice job Ripley!!

That is looking really good!

I’m guessing that’s a theater right? if it is, sure, the theater creator/s can implement it if they want to.

Where is available such a nice F-16 pit? Which museum is this?

ENG: So, I’ve started the process of making 3 different paintjobs of the Venezuelan Vipers:
The classic paintjob (the normal all Venezuelans and Foreigners know.), The CEO-DIR 119 paintjob (A modernization that the Air Force planned to be done on 2018 but it hasn’t been made yet on the F-16s), and finally but not least one I’m designing that will remain secret until release.;)
ENG: In order to clarify the CEO-DIR 119 paintjob here’s a few pictures of how it should look:
ESP: Para clarificar el trabajo de pintura CEO-DIR 119 aquí algunas imagenes de como se debería ver:
ENG: Here’s a real life example on another aircraft:
ESP: Aquí hay un ejemplo en otra aeronave:
ENG: And finally the ongoing design for JanHas F-16A
ENG PD: All the paintjob update posts will also include an Spanish translation for those who have a hard time translating the post.:)

Video is in polish. It’s a maintanence/painting trainer, currently in military maintenance facility in Bydgoszcz (WZL #2)

It must have been annoying looking around that HUD camera? To think in the late 60s they could design a sophisticated aircraft like the F-16 but couldn’t figure out how to put the camera in front of the HUD and overlay the symbology like they do now. lol

Long time no see! (Yet again :p)
This weekend I had enough time to sit and start modelling the right console and I’m pleased to tell ya it’s finally done! Which brings me really close to finishing the 3D modelling aspect of my pit! For more info please do check the first post, Progress tracking has been updated.

This looks awesome!

Even without textures, this looks so freakin’ good! I really hope you can finish it. I can’t see why the BMS Devs or the Theater Devs, shouldn’t integrate this amazing work into their own.
The future of BMS is bright my friends!
