Nope, no video, then the pictures lose in importance.
The same result is achieved by start one Instant Action - Moving Mud mission, in this case at the tiny island outside Kangnung. With the excellent Nuno Santos CUMULUS.dds texture.
My graphics settings:
GRAPHICS page: Multisampling, quality level 7
Falcon BMS Configuration: Clouds, water, rain etc, to max.
AMD driver: I don’t touch it. Just a little…

The reason the clouds are turning is because they are not 3d… they are 2d… You need to get from 2d clouds to 3d clouds steady - its very simple to do in 3dMax… I can do the whole 3d clouds for all the terrain - in just 5 minutes… and when u build clouds on 3dmax… u can put some at diffrent levels and alttitudes… because now if u notice - clouds are on the same alt… but when u build it in 3d max u choose how and when - and then u add this as a vehicle that drives - so the clouds actualy move like in real life alot better than what there is now :

will u make a mod to make clouds into 3d? or thats not possible ? maybe u should contact the devs and lend em a hand in the clouds department

Do you think any computer game out there is using billboards for clouds while they can be done so simply in 3D max??
Billboards usage have a good reason, transparency for example, and also for a huge mass of objects. See even all huge commecrial sims and companies use billboards for trees, clouds and explosion effects etc…
I suggest you show a bit of modesty towards the sim and its developers, instead of trying to show how “easy” it is to do things the other way, it’s not.
