@TOPOLO - then BMS needs to be fixed to incorporate this aspect. I know BMS does model brake energy, hot brakes, and bursting of main gear tires, and so would expect it to also include the failure of nose tire(s).
From the Dash 1 for the F-16:
“The NLG tire is certified for use to [PX II] 217, [PX III] 235 knots groundspeed.” (PX II and PX III are Peace Xenia aircraft…whatever those are…)There should be a similar entry in the Limitations Section of he Dash 1 for the F-4…but there doesn’t seem to be:

So, further fiddling gives me the same problem with most a/c (some exceptions for certain F-16’s) when carrying external wing tanks… Stock KTO BMS 4.7.2 fresh install. Only thing I can think of is WinWing Orion2 10th Anniv Throttle and F-16EX stick. The calibration documentation is horrific and I’m not entirely sure I’m getting the full throw of the stick (although in setup, it seems to).

Same video captured with 4.37.2 (vanillia)
By the way, I start on runway without touching anything, especially flaps, for both aircrafts. If you do anything with them?..
Didi the same here

@LorikEolmin Thanks for you video
What is sure is that I haven’t any repro case in U2, so will be hard to analyse@Mav-jp has fixed this exact issue the 21st of May 2022 (at that time I had a repro case, we we were able to analyze and fix). So I’m sure his fix is in U2 (Released March 2023)
So may be Mav’s fix does not cover all cases, but without a repro case on our side, I do not see how we can progress

Sure, no problem.

@LorikEolmin and, flying with some Joe Satriani, just for good measure.

But stay on topic

If you have problems with f16 then the problem is definitively on your stick response

Just because you said you are frustrated
-
@Mav-jp: This is where I’m getting really confused: in Setup, it shows that the ball travels to the border of the window in all axis’…
-
@LorikEolmin Could it be something simple as gross weight being off at some crazy level for the G. In that test mission, what does the loadout screen say?
-
@jayb Gross weight 45801. Not red.

when ı am ın full ab wıth rockıng wıngs and takıng of wıth f-4 otherwıse ı am stıckıng on the runway

@TOPOLO What kind of fix are you talking about? ACDATA file modification?.. elsewhere?

@Xeno: Tried on default AND Easy, switched to Easy to try it at much higher than rotate speed. Cannot get the a/c to lift-off under any circumstances… I thinks it’s some kind of weight issue: if I take out about 20% of the internal fuel it’ll pitch-up abruptly around 285kts. This was with 3x AIM-7, 4x AIM-9, ALQ-119 and 2x Wing-Tanks. With 3x Tanks, it will not lift off at all until I end the mission at which key-press it suddenly takes-off at a steep but effortless pitch-up.
Same here, reducing fuel amount allows taking-off.

@LorikEolmin - may also want to check your stores loadout. Balance stores vs fuel…and check how stores affects CG. I did notice a comment in the Phantom Dash 1 about the effect of loadout on takeoff performance.

Reply in my video title.

Now I don’t know what the f*ck to do: when I plug-in my old X52, the plane lifts-off, fine. But in the setup screen, both stick show the same degree of travel and no discernable difference in response-time (input-lag).
-
@parislord - take a look at them in the default Windows Calibrator, and see if that matches up to what Setup is telling you.
If not, you may be able to trick the Windows Calibration into providing something Setup can use - I’ve done this myself.

@Stevie: the only thing I can find under windows calibrator is for my monitor. What app are you referring-to?
