When navigation lights steady, reflection on ramp shows flashing

At night with the navigation lights on and switched to STEADY, the reflection on the ground shows up as FLASHING. Tried this with several models of F-16 and the result is always the same.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create TE to start after sunset
- Start at “Ramp” or “Taxi”
- Switch on navigation lights
- Switch lights to STEADY
- Look outside at the ground
- Switch to outside view and look at ground

Yes, I am. Someone in my squadron tried it and had the same result. The only things I added were Balkans, ITO and EMF. But I’m testing in KTO

Not sure if it is the same problem, didn’t had time to post here or on bugtracker, but here is goes quickly for others / JP to evaluate;
Activating PrettyFilm in-game, with pilot visor down, will display the reflection of tail strobo on the visor, once per second. Always reproduceable:
PrettyFilm OFF + Visor Up = no problem
PrettyFilm OFF + Visor Down = no problem
PrettyFilm ON + Visor Up = no problem
PrettyFilm ON + Visor Down = flashing reflection withinHope not missing something, will do a proper post later.

EDIT: could it be a tile problem? Sometimes they “clip”. At night, would it seem that just the reflects are affected…

I could reproduce the discrepancy of steady lights and blinking reflections in a TE I made for the default KTO (BMS 4.35.0 (x64) build 22548).
1. Selected the Cyborg3 flight leader seat (TO 170042, 2*F-16C-40).
2. Committed to “Taxiway”.
3. In the 3D, the jet was up and running as expected. The external lights were flashing by default for me.
4. Switching lights to steady, the reflections on the ground kept on blinking.

I just tried with an F-4F and with an F-18C.
With the F-4, the problem persists, but with the F-18 it works correctly -

Possibly its an interaction with specific surfaces? Best way forwards is if we can get some clear reproduction instructions.

I just did a test on a campaign with a flight of 4 planes.
There are areas that correctly display the reflections of the lights.
But other area shows nothing or “blinks”.

This is Z bias effect and is because of the LODs. Nothing we can do. It is GFX engine limitation.
