Rear seat! Rear seat! Rear seat!
would be a really cool way to teach new people the aircraft and its systems too

Good shout, and I think that would easily be doable? You’d just have to have a command that has player voice call “Viper1, check Uniform”. All the AI have to do is then call back “Viper12”… and not actually ‘do’ any further code/functions. If they’re on the wrong freq. (ie, the player is on the wrong freq) then they won’t hear it and won’t respond.
I’d like to be able to have to tell AI wingmen to PUSH different presets/freqs. but that is very hands on and would make VAC etc. almost essential. Might be too much for the more casual players.
I like it…don’t forget “check Victor” as well!

It would be cool in mutli-player, with one player acting strictly as AWACS…
didn’t Falcon AF had something similar?

didn’t Falcon AF had something similar?
Yes, as I recall…it was a single set aside under MP. Never tried it, but I like the idea…especially given all the new toys BMS has…IFF…hint, hint…

What about an ECM Panel implementation?
I have no Idea what this panel does tough.

Me neither, and I intend to keep it that way. So that’s not going to happen.

… I have some guesstimated ideas about it. Rather “simple”. But could make it useful.
-> We know that an ECM pod can’t properly jam a very large band of frequencies. Maybe (?) we could restrict the jamming window to a given bandwidth, the larger it is, the less power available. The narrower it is, the more powerful it will be. Just select a sets of per-programmed “modes” in accordance with the most probable threats … that’s it. (something like the HAS tables).
… thoughts.

Yes would love to have some assumptions made on the EW part of the sim. We can never know exactly but we can make some assumptions based on the basic concepts.
Sim accurately what we can and make best guesses where appropriate.Going off what we can possibly know I would love to see EW parts attempted to be “simulated” even if its a best guess.

Thats a pretty cool idea DeeJay!

There’s some “speculation” that has been posted to the net elsewhere. IIRC some of that has made its way into a txt file on my HDD somewhere. I’ll see if I can find it again.

…I’d just like to be able to load O1 and O2 with chaff/flare and then use the Program as required to fire them.

Sounds great! An additional mode could be DRFM jamming that would produce fake target/targets at the enemy radar at different ranges (and azimuths) from the original.

Planned steerpoint elevation is not loaded in the datacard.
Would be cool to have it since we have steerpoint elevation in the HUD now. -
how about buddy lazing with the AI pilot

Would be cool to have it since we have steerpoint elevation in the HUD now.I remember Dee-Jay commented about it before 4.34 release. It is on purpose and I suppose it is how RL F-16 steerpoint is intended to be like.

I’d love to see JTAC also.

I’m happy with 4.34. Then again I was happy with the original Falcon 4.
I’m easy.

Please fix the super Hornet loadouts,
so they won’t be flying around in the campaign like this:…etc, etc.
the outer underwing pylon can’t handle many of those weapons:
