I wish RECON mission could be more meaningful to make those enemy ground units shown up on the UI map until they started moving.
At least Keep the display status after successful RECON mission for 8 to 12 hours.

Oxygen deprivation - if forget to switch on O2 above 10,000ft, after a certain time will begin to blackout.
Also blackout earlier if forgot to switch on O2 and pulling G’s

Hypoxia is already implemented
But hypoxia is not linked with altitude , it is linked with cabine pressure altitude

GLOC has not much to do with O2 supply in normal conditions below 12.000ft CABIN ALT. Anytime CABIN ALT is above 12.000 without O2 regulator, hypoxia conditions exists.

Not quite true
The more O2 you have in the blood obviously delays the effect of G forces in your brain. If less blood arrives at your brain but that blood is more charged with Oxygen, you will lose consiousness a bit later. So Kenguan remark seems quite legit.
Oxygen supplies. To overcome the lack of oxygen at altitude, oxygen is fed through masks from oxygen cylinders to compensate. In addition to supplying enough oxygen to breathe easily, extra oxygen helps to reduce some of the effects of g-force. When less blood is getting to the brain due to the effects of g-force, extra oxygen can be supplied to help make sure that what blood gets there is well oxygenated, even when breathing is difficult.

it’s probably not that much, but still a valid attention to detail

O2% depends on cabin ALT only … the regulator do not provide more O2 under G load. Anytime you are in normal conditions, mask or no mask won’t change anything (otherwise aerobatics pilots would wear it … and probably the Blue Angles also).
During experiments in centrifuge machine and discussion with IRBA personnel, 100%O2 + SURPESS has been tested to see if it has an influence on GLOC occurrences. Results are: no tangible effects. You might loose consciousness a (very) little bit later, but lack of blood flow in eyeball will put you in the dark anyway.
At least … that is what I experienced in the
in 2003. -
For some reason having high blood pressure also delays G-LOC. Must aid the transmission/effusion of O2 at the cellular level.

I wish WDP and Mission Commander could be integrated into BMS and make a tutorial for Mission Commander.
Information about how to use Mission Commander is so fragmentary now.

User-defined save locations for ACMI and screenshots.

Already there. In Falcon BMS\User\Falcon BMS.cfg, you’ll find these entries:
set g_sLogsDirectory "" // If set, redirects the logfile output from <bms>\User\Logs to the specified directory set g_sAcmiDirectory "" // If set, redirects the ACMI directory from <bms>\User\Acmi to the specified directory set g_sPicturesDirectory "" // If set, redirects the pictures directory from <bms>\User\Pictures to the specified directory set g_sBriefingsDirectory "" // If set, redirects the briefing output from <bms>\User\Briefings to the specified directory set g_sPatchesDirectory "" // If set, redirects the patches directory from <bms>\User\Patches to the specified directory</bms></bms></bms></bms></bms>

Brilliant! Would be nice if it were in the UI (since we’re making a wish list)
Cheers!

I don’t expect them to integrated into BMS UI but I think they have to be included in BMS install and stock launcher should have launch buttons for WDP, MD, WC and F4Wx. Most BMS beginners or some intermidiates even doesn’t notice those useful tools and don’t know the real extensibility of BMS.

I can’t agree it more!

But that is what your Alt Launcher is for!

hi!
War Ships do not fire missile at aircraft after U1 update. Will it be fixed in the U3?

How about an option where to “Print” the Briefing, possibly even to incrementally name it automatically?
set g_sBriefingsDirectory “” // If set, redirects the briefing output from <bms>\User\Briefings to the specified director</bms>
isn’t that already in place at least for the where to?

Ok, it prints to the “Briefings” folder (who woulda thought?)… I haven’t looked at BMS Config in a long time and some of this has been addressed. You can check off “Append Briefings” to get what I want, and it works with both Text and HTML output. What I find with text is the formatting is off so i’ll look into fixing that, possibly open with Word and print in Landscape. HTML looks better, but requires Landscape printing also. Not a big deal, just looking to minimize work for me as i’m lazy…
