As I know 4 TG views is the max. As I can remember I tried to create more but above 4 the code does not recognize them.

This would be TagNights dream come true.
There would be lots of large red text and a endless series of “read my post again”
Nice effort Bumerang or should that be “Boomerang”. Get back to me if you can.
Cheers ……
+1

Great work Bumerang! Something that a lot of us have been hoping would come around one day and even though there are obvious limitations to the framework you’re working within, the creative approach you’ve taken to this is fantastic. I will be giving it a go for sure to see how well it can be incorporated into our training. Again, great job!

I have upload your video to youtube
Good job mates keep going.

I’ve tried your tip … VERY cool. Thank you!
But for any reason … the HUD and MFDs are not shared! … don’t know why? They have been activated by the HOST on MFD Extractor options … but no joy on client side.

Superb job !

Hi Striker this video has been blocked some countries.
Probably the copyrights of the musics in it.
Trying to remove one song but I think more than one song issue here.
I can watch in my Iphone with safari in Turkey -
WOW Bumerang47 - stunning work, stunning presentation and stunning contribution to the community.
This will really get the ball rolling!
I have a question: is it practical to include this in a multiplayer op with multiple jets?
I.e. a flight of 4 with backseaters, or a flight of two with backseaters? How is this done, where do the players slot?
Also - i don’t see why a simple program could not be made to send keypresses over the network in order to simulate controlling the front seat.

hmmm using a tablet - phone and a ICP - consoles app (there are a few here) u could give as Ip the student ip (which will have to run the corresponding server-host app) and there u are… I believe - hope so…
Possible? I believe it’s worth a try…
Also this could be done if u also connect via Teamviewer or Nvc but will eat much bandwidth…

I’d like to include this sort of gameplay in my squadron’s weekly sessions - we have some guys whose dream is to fly two seater tornados.
I am just curious how to organize the flights. How do the backseaters “join”?
-
Hi Krause,
thank you for your compliment!:D
I see no problems with several jets!
For example: You can flight as an 8-ship two seaters so total 16 players…
What you need are in the game 16 aircraft.
Please read the tutorial. All backseaters also climb in there jets, but does not ramp start, instead they will look with
“View friendly” for there frontseaters.
Then they activates the TopGun View.
Eight jets remain on the ground, eight flight as Two- Seater. There is an additional option.
I must confess that I have not tried it yet, but if a MFDE- host on the internet offering its instruments,
several people can connect to his IP and see his instruments simulaneously.
Thus, a combination of theoretical and practical training is possible.@Arty
good idea!
A pilot named Pitbull from my squadron has tried it with “touchbuddy”, a program for touchscreens and it worked.
Unfortunately, the client must use the exacty keystrokes of the host.Greetings

Tried again, same problem.
Then, I tried local. And I can’t have HUD nor MFDs either if I do not activate HUD and MFDs from the BMS Cockpit Display Extraction (launcher) and if I do not launch BMS in windowed mode…
I think that HOST must be in windowed mode as well with HUD and MFDs activated in its own BMS Cockpit Display Extraction (?) like for me during my local tests.
