Mmmmm… something is fishy in the install , … there is no DB (Terrdata/objects) in Balkans !!! BMS crashes on theater change. (I can force it , but …no good) - I INSTALLED MANUALLY , EXTRACTED and copy , NOT by installer … so maybe that ??
Are you now using unified (shared) objects with KTO ? - in that case something is not working correctly … IT IS POSSIBLY ON MY END … but need to check yet

Just a heads up
I dont know if the release of the F-1 was intented or a mistake im happy that it got released earlier than expected. Therefore i must pinpoint some issues i found.
1. The intakes shock cone or how its called doesnt work
2. Aux intake doors doesnt work also
3. The airplane during rotation speed is jumping off the runway very badly
4. When landing the a/c bounce on the runway as well.Just my 2c other than that everything looks good.
Oh and something else…. the hardpoints on the F-4 are porked. Recessed hardpoints on the underside should be 45 degrees rotated as they are in stock KTO…

hi Manos: the new mirage F1 and F-4 Phantom series are GREAT!
BUT… i cannot add flights in TE(Balkan theater) for checking them? it seems Balkan TE has some bug.
BTW,
1. F-4F (in KTO DB?) has loadout bug - aim7 loaded on center pylon, and afterburner light set inside fuselage( fm.dat issue)
2. F-4M + SUU-23 gunpod is superb!!
3. thanks Balkan team for adding my lowpoly G-4… but it seems to be an outdated lod, the white opaque canopy glass is texture bmp>dds conversion issue, and the ac sitting on the ground is ac.dat issue(use my g4.dat in lowpoly zip). both can be fixed easily.
4. i notice when i use 3ddbbuilder to extract DB, it doesn’t generate a " Textures" folder. whether i add that folder manually, or ignore it, i cannot rebuild DB with 3ddbbuilder.

I don’t know if it’s related, I was able to extract the db, I used then build option to add more textures sets and work them in LE, no joy. Also, I noticed the weapons name list in LE after I rebuilt the db become weird with strange names, most of them couldn’t be opened either with normal button. Maybe LE is obsolete now with 4.35? how can I add more textures sets in a specific lod now?

i keep an install of BMS4.33. LE can use it to open lod, then add more textures.
Also in your model parent folder, the PARENT.DAT, TextureSets = 1 (change 1 for more sets of texture )

I was able to rebuild with build old option, tried to modify the sets with root procedure then I rebuilt the db with build option, but some CT names have unknown characters and they can’t be opened.

In KTO F-4 loadout is correct is probably a theater related issue. As for the A/B its already submitted as an error with a fix from me to the BMS team. As for adding them in TE i didnt had any issue…

I tested this 3.5 conversion for Balkans and had CTD 30% of the missions. I have a 100% vanilla install, zero mods. Anyone else have CTDs? Was flying on “balance of power” campaign.

I found bug or texture problem on Zemunik AB Taxiway,LG is collapsing on this spot.
Taxiway for RWY 14 is ok

Probably those bosnian construction workers never flattened terrain below runway … ah well, that’s how it is , you know… how did you manage to legalize it anyway!!!

Thx for the info…Already fixed. One of the trees “autogen” circle on the tiles generate trees where not need to be.

Tri files have changed, buddies. Check KTO files. Also, check endgame number, see my topic in General.

4. When landing the a/c bounce on the runway as well.F1 release in Balkan is on purpose, I’ll try to have a look at TO/Landing and air intakes issues, but I’m off until January.
