Flying above the overcast layer in poor or inclement weather having trouble seeing the HUD in 2 cockpit view. Would be good to tone down the white a bit maybe a bit more of a grey or darker white.

I’d like to be able to read the QNH pressure (current + forecasted) at the departure and arrival airbases from the weather section of the in-game briefing screen. Why? To adjust performance calculations to the correct conditions for a human flight briefing.
Furthermore, visibility would be nice to have in addition to the current weather definitions on the briefing screen (fair, poor, etc.). This would affect weapon choices.

Clouds will NOT be darken. Visor is there for that as in real

Not meant to be used. That’s a pity I kind of like that view. Is there a way to put a tint on it at all, so it’s like the 3 cockpit view with the visor down. 4.33 was good how it was. Thanks Mav.
And I also have a question about the F/A-18, when I hit mach 0.91 the flaps go up slightly and AoA increases which is noticeable in high altitude cruise and the plane kind of twitches a bit, is it meant to do that?

Possible to make P2P multiplayer not have to exit /restart /rejoin the entire game after leaving the 3D world?

I’d bet the devs want that 300% more than you do, so…

honnestly ? i dont think so
what is funny is that people think this is for P2P only
in SP this is mandatory as well

Obviously. And for testing, of course. That’s why I thought you’d find it more comfortable, but ok.

Improved Ground Textures and more accurate cities and urban areas!

Out of curiosity what’s the 20-words-or-less summary of why re-EXEing is a thing in BMS?

Mav, you have to exit BMS (shut it down) and restart it to play the next mission in SP??

Any time you enter 3D. You should never re-enter 3D. Even in Instant Action.

Hi, Hubert. I’ve noticed the high Mach minor “buffet”(perhaps a transonic effect?). I’ve not noticed the “flaps going up a bit” but it does makes sense. I would think the FLCS would want to “flatten” the wing in that regime.

Of course , we made this mandatory in MP only to be sure that a client will not screwed a game because of this
In SP it can only screw itself LOL
-
Hornet flaps do/can reflex to unload in some flight regimes. My thinking would be that this is to reduce induced drag during the drag rise that occurs during transonic transit. Also possibly to counter Mach tuck by shifting pitching moment…but that’s a bit counter-intuitive.
Yeah…the jet can “shudder”. I oft hear drivers refer to it as “gravel road”.

OK, I just remember in the “old days” if one of the guys was shot down he could usually hop back into a jet in flight in the area, like element lead of the package, and I don’t remember ever shutting the P2P “Server” down during a session. Is what it is, i’m sure it has been given a lot of thought and testing! I have never shut down between SP missions and haven’t seen any issues but it’s no big deal to do so, so I will adjust…

Wait a minute. The client that entered 3D has to restart, not the server. The server is in 3D and remains there all the time.
